What to have ready for a faster estimate
None of this is required, but the more we know up front, the faster we can schedule and the tighter the estimate.
- The address. Blackland clay east of I-35, in east Georgetown and Hutto, usually means more base work than the caliche around Wolf Ranch or Leander.
- A few photos of the worst spots, after a rain if you can. Standing water tells us a lot about the base.
- What you are seeing: faded, hairline cracks, alligator cracking, potholes or sunken edges. That points us toward sealcoating, repair and patching or full asphalt paving.
- Rough size, timing and access, and for businesses, which hours the lot must stay open.
- For commercial and HOA work, any site plan or fire marshal and ADA requirement, so striping and accessible spaces are priced right the first time.
What happens after you call
- We talk for a few minutes. You describe the pavement, we ask a few questions and set a time to come out, usually within a few days in Georgetown, Round Rock and Cedar Park.
- We measure on site. We walk the surface, check where water sits, probe soft areas and look at the base where the asphalt has failed.
- You get a written estimate. Line by line, usually with more than one option, such as crack sealing and sealcoating now versus an overlay.
- You decide, we schedule. We set a date, explain cure times in the heat and show up when we said we would. If you are not ready, the estimate is yours to keep with no pressure.

Contact and estimate questions
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Not an accurate one, and we would rather not guess. Base condition, drainage, truck access and whether the job is an overlay or a rebuild all change the cost, and none of that shows in a photo. We measure on site and put a free written estimate in your hands, usually within a day or two.
How soon can you come out for an estimate?
Usually within a few days for Georgetown, Round Rock, Hutto, Cedar Park and Leander, a little longer for Taylor, Jarrell, Salado or north Austin depending on where the crew is that week. Texting a few photos ahead helps us slot you in faster.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
For a driveway, not necessarily, as long as we can reach the pavement and know what you are seeing. For a parking lot or HOA street we prefer to walk it with you or the property manager so we understand hours, access and any striping or accessibility requirements.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. On site measurement and the written estimate cost nothing, for a single driveway or a multi-lot commercial property, and there is no obligation. Keep it, compare it, or call back next season.
